The cover on our dog stairs has been treated with a waterproof layer to protect the sponge from dirt and moisture. This means that even if your pet accidentally urinates on the dog ladder, there will be no stains or marks left on the sponge. Special Notice: Rebound and Packaging

Please note that our dog ramp is packed in a vacuum compression package. Before use, ensure you open all packages and let the sponge come into contact with air to allow it to fully rebound within 24 to 48 hours. The rebound process may take longer in colder temperatures.
